ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT

We’re hiring a motivated real estate administrative assistant to join our growing team. Responsibilities include administrative duties such as keeping track of all transaction documents in the client database for our real estate agents, monitoring and notifying clients of important deadlines, complying with legal procedures, and planning appointments and final walkthroughs.   • Oversee aspects of buyer and seller transactions from executed purchase agreement to closing

    Coordinate title, escrow, mortgage loan information

    Coordinate inspections, appointments, closings

    Manage database when applicable

    updating online platforms

    Onboard new agents with CRM and team systems

    Lead Transaction coordination on daily huddles

    Regularly update and maintain communication with agents, clients, title officers, lenders, etc.

    Schedule any appointments, inspections, closings, etc. through google calendar

    Input all necessary info and docs into Sky Slope and correct any compliance issues

    Coordinate purchasing of business materials such as; folders, biz. cards, etc.

  • Great written and verbal skills

    Candidates are required to have a high school diploma or GED

    Possesses a basic understanding of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and customer database systems

    Previous experience in the real estate industry

    Flexible working schedule to accommodate clients on nights and weekends

Compensation

$15 - $22 hourly DOE

    You will have presentations with homeowners/businesses.

    You will be responsible for calling, e-mailing, texting, and visiting homeowners and businesses.

    You will have an appetite for learning and an eager student mentality that will allow you to become an expert in real estate and help you make recommendations quickly to suit client needs.

 

Compensation

As a licensed agent, pay is 100% commission-driven. The income potential for this position is substantial and limited only by your desire and effort.
